Individual Use vs. Organizational Use
Employment by a commercial organization does not automatically make personal learning a commercial use.
For example, an engineer employed by a corporation may personally access a chapter or engineering resource for self-study. That is different from the corporation incorporating the material into a formal employee-training program, internal learning system, consulting deliverable, or commercial product.
For Educators
Educators are encouraged to link students directly to AI First Engineering resources and to use appropriate portions of the materials for noncommercial academic instruction with proper attribution.
Systematic reproduction, institutional hosting, republication of substantial portions, or incorporation into another distributed course package may require permission.
Attribution
Major AI First Engineering publications, applications, simulations, and other resources should provide a recommended citation wherever practical.
When a resource provides a specific citation, please use that citation. Otherwise, attribution should identify the author or authors where listed, the resource title, AI First Engineering, and the website.
Downloadable Materials
Copyright and use information may also appear inside downloadable PDFs, software, applications, and other files. Those resource-specific terms should remain attached to the material if it is saved or shared within the permitted scope of use.
Engineering and AI Resources
AI First Engineering resources are intended for education, exploration, and engineering learning. Simulations, calculations, software, AI outputs, and technical materials may contain errors or limitations and should not be treated as a substitute for independent professional engineering review, applicable standards, testing, validation, or professional judgment.
